Container Crane
When a new £5 million container lifting crane needed a special opening Pyro 1 were called upon to add some razzmatazz to the proceedings. Following strict Health & Safety policies we rigged bright coloured comets and mines from the crane's gantries, 50 feet above the dockside. Using our computer controlled firing system we set off chases of comets and mines and large colour lifts, all enhanced by 25 foot bright titanium fountains fired up from the base of the crane on the dockside.
